01 Information I Collect

I collect information in three general categories: information you give me directly, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information I receive from third-party services used to run my business.

• Booking information: when you schedule a free consultation call through my booking calendar (currently powered by Cal.com), I receive your name, email address, selected time slot, timezone, and any notes you add.
• WhatsApp or direct messages: if you message me via WhatsApp or email, I receive your phone number or email address along with the content of our conversation.
• Project and billing details: if we move forward with a project, I may collect additional information such as your business name, website credentials (shared only as needed and only for the duration of the project), payment details (processed by third-party payment providers, not stored by me directly), and any brand assets you provide.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, referring website, and general navigation patterns.
• Device and browser information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
• Approximate location: derived from your IP address (typically city or region level, not precise GPS location).
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in the "Cookies & Tracking Technologies" section below.

Information From Third Parties

I may receive limited information about you from third-party platforms I use to operate the Site and my business, such as Google (Analytics, Search Console, and Google Business Profile), Cal.com (booking), and WhatsApp Business. This is described further under "Third-Party Services I Use" below.

Information is collected when you:

• Fill out and submit the contact form on the Site.
• Book a free consultation call through the booking calendar.
• Send a message via WhatsApp, email, or social media.
• Browse the Site, which automatically triggers cookies and analytics tools.
• Engage me for a paid project, which may involve additional forms, emails, or shared documents.

03 How I Use Your Information

I use the information I collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or quotes you request.
• Schedule, confirm, and remind you about consultation calls.
• Deliver website design, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, branding, and marketing services you've engaged me for.

• Improve the Site's content, structure, and performance based on how visitors use it.
• Understand which marketing channels bring visitors to the Site, so I can allocate my own marketing efforts more effectively.
• Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

I do not sell your personal information to third parties, and I do not use your data for purposes unrelated to running and improving my services.

• Consent — for example, when you voluntarily submit a contact form, book a call, or opt in to marketing communications.

05 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

06 Third-Party Services I Use

To run this Site and my business, I rely on a number of trusted third-party services. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data, and I encourage you to review them.

• WordPress / Elementor: the platform and page builder used to host and design the Site.
• Google Analytics & Google Search Console: used to understand Site traffic and search performance.
• Google Business Profile: used to manage my own and my clients' business presence on Google Search and Maps.
• Cal.com: used to power the free consultation call booking calendar embedded on the Site. When you book a call, your name, email, selected time, and timezone are processed by Cal.com on my behalf.
• WhatsApp Business: used for direct client communication. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and encryption practices.
• Email providers (e.g., Gmail / Google Workspace): used to send and receive business correspondence.
• Payment processors: if applicable, used to process invoices and payments for services. I do not store your full payment card details on my own systems.
• AI-powered marketing tools: used internally to assist with research, content drafting, and campaign optimization for client work. These tools may process business-related content you share with me for a project, but are not used to process your personal contact information beyond what's needed for the task at hand.

07 How Information Is Shared

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: with the third-party tools listed above, solely to operate the Site and deliver services to you.
• Legal requirements: if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect my rights, property, or safety, or that of my clients or the public.
• Business transfers: if my business is sold, merged, or transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a comparable one.
• With your consent: in any other case, only with your explicit permission.

08 Data Retention

I retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In general:

• Contact form and inquiry submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping.
• Booking information is retained in line with Cal.com's own retention practices and for as long as needed for scheduling and follow-up.
• Client project data (including any credentials, assets, or documents shared during a project) is retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward, then securely deleted or anonymized unless you request otherwise or a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or tax purposes.
• Analytics data is generally retained according to the default retention settings of the analytics tools in use.

09 Data Security

I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes using secure, reputable third-party platforms, limiting access to client data to what's necessary for the project, and avoiding storage of sensitive information (such as full payment details) on my own systems wherever possible.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While I strive to protect your personal information, I cannot guarantee its absolute security, and any transmission of information is at your own risk.

10 Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information I hold about you.
• Correction: request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected.
• Deletion: request that your personal information be deleted, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Objection or restriction: object to or request that I restrict certain types of processing, such as marketing communications.
• Data portability: request a copy of your information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

11 Children's Privacy

The Site and my services are intended for business owners, marketers, and other adults seeking website design and digital marketing services. The Site is not directed at children under the age of 16, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If I become aware that a child has provided me with personal information, I will take reasonable steps to delete such information.

12 International Visitors & Data Transfers

I am based in Assam, India, and the Site may be accessed by visitors from around the world. If you are located outside India, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or other countries where my third-party service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country of residence. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing, provided it is carried out consistently with this policy.

13 Links to Other Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, portfolio pieces, or client sites that are not operated by me. Clicking on a third-party link will direct you away from the Site. I strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

14 Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activities tracked. Because there is not yet an agreed-upon industry standard for how to respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
